Approval: Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and use the provided shipping label or follow the return instructions provided.
(ii) Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Please note:

A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
